2. Who can use Fifu Food Limited?

Our platform is designed for farmers, suppliers, and restaurants. Consumers can browse the website but cannot register or purchase products at this time.

3. How does the platform work?

  • Farmers can sell their goods to suppliers and restaurants
  • Suppliers can buy goods from farmers and/or sell their products/good to restaurants
  • Restaurants can buy from farmers and/or suppliers

4. What types of products can be bought and sold?

Users can trade fresh produce, dairy, meat, seafood, grains, and other agricultural and food-related products.

5. Do I need to register to use the platform?

Yes, only farmers, suppliers, and restaurants can register to buy and sell goods.

Registration & Subscription Plans 

6. How do I register on Fifu Food Limited?

Click on the “Login/Signup” button on the homepage, choose your user type (farmer, supplier, or restaurant), and select a subscription plan.

7. What subscription plans are available?

We offer three plans:

  • Standard: Farmers (sell produce to suppliers and/or restaurants subscribed to Fifu Standard), Suppliers (sell produce to restaurants subscribed to Fifu Standard and/or buy produce from farmers subscribed to Fifu Standard), Restaurants (buy produce from farmers and/or suppliers subscribed to Fifu Standard)
  • AdvancedFarmers (sell produce to suppliers and/or restaurants subscribed to Fifu Standard and/or Fifu Advanced), Suppliers (sell produce to restaurants subscribed to Fifu Standard and/or Fifu Advanced and/or buy produce from farmers subscribed to Fifu Standard and/or Fifu Advanced), Restaurants (buy produce from farmers and/or suppliers subscribed to Fifu Standard and/or Fifu Advanced)
  • Premium: Farmers (sell produce to suppliers and/or restaurants subscribed to Fifu Standard, Fifu Advanced and Fifu Premium), Suppliers (sell produce to restaurants subscribed to Fifu Standard, Fifu Advanced and Fifu Premium. Buy produce from farmers subscribed to Fifu Standard, Fifu Advanced and Fifu Premium), Restaurants (buy produce from farmers and/or Suppliers subscribed to Fifu Standard, Fifu Advanced and Fifu Premium)

8. How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade anytime by visiting the “Account Settings” section and selecting a higher-tier plan.

9. Are there any fees to use the platform?

Yes, depending on the subscription plan you choose. You can view the pricing details on our Plans & Pricing page.

Buying & Selling 

10. How do I list my products for sale?

After registering, go to your dashboard and click “Add Product.” Fill in the necessary details, upload images, and set your price.

11. How do I purchase products?

Browse the marketplace, select the products you want, and proceed to checkout.

12. Can I negotiate prices?

Some sellers may allow price negotiations. Contact the seller directly through the messaging feature.

13. What payment methods are supported?

We accept major credit/debit cards.

Delivery

14. How does delivery work?

Sellers have the option to provide delivery services, with available delivery methods clearly specified in the product listing.

15. Who is responsible for delivery fees?

The buyer is responsible for delivery fees during the transaction.

16. Can I track my order?

Yes, if the seller provides tracking details. Otherwise, you can contact the seller for updates.

17. Does Fifu Food Limited provide customer support?

Yes, our support team is available via email for registered users.

18. What additional services does the platform offer?

We provide daily weather forecasts, food and farming industry news, and upcoming sector announcements.

19. Can I cancel an order?

Order cancellations depend on the seller’s cancellation policy. Please check with the seller directly.
